Privacy Policy

Overview
Ariose Solutions LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or get in touch, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain terms rather than legal boilerplate — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and — if you choose to add them — your company, phone number, and the service your enquiry is about, along with your message. We also record the time of submission, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string, which help us identify automated abuse of the form.
What analytics collect. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. It does not tell us who you are. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and none of this is collected.
What our host records. Like any website, requests to this site pass through our hosting provider, which keeps short-lived operational logs including IP addresses. These exist to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them, and to keep the site and the contact form working and free of abuse. That is all.
Cookies and your choice
This site sets no analytics cookies until you accept them. When you first visit, a notice asks you to choose. Nothing loads if you decline or ignore it, and your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Declining after previously accepting stops any further analytics from loading and clears the analytics cookies already set.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We never add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.
We do rely on a small number of service providers to run the site, and your information passes through them in the course of that: Vercel hosts the site, Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox, and Google Analytics provides analytics if you have accepted cookies. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful — typically while we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s settings for our property. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
Keeping it safe
Securing other people’s systems is part of what we do, and we hold our own to the same standard: least-access handling, reputable providers, and transport encryption throughout. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we treat what you send us as though it matters, because it does.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to us at hello@ariosesolutions.com and we will handle it. You do not need to explain why.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
