Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover the website
These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not the agreement that governs work we do for you — that lives in a written proposal or contract signed by both sides, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
What is on this site
The pages here describe our services and the work we have done. They are written to be accurate but they are general information, not advice for your particular situation, and not an offer or a quote. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship — that starts when we have both agreed scope and price in writing.
Getting in touch
You are welcome to use the contact form or the details on the contact page for genuine enquiries. Please do not use them to send automated traffic, bulk or unsolicited marketing, or anything unlawful. We rate-limit submissions and filter obvious automation, and we may block addresses that abuse the form.
Our work and our marks
The design, copy, illustrations, and code of this site belong to Ariose Solutions LLC, as does the Ariose name and logo. You may read, link to, and share these pages. Please do not reproduce substantial parts of the site, or use our name or marks to suggest an association that does not exist, without asking first. Client names and screenshots appear with permission and remain the property of those businesses.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a client’s site or a third-party service, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
Availability
We aim to keep this site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or entirely free of errors. We may change or remove pages without notice. If something here looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Ariose Solutions LLC is not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on general information here rather than advice about your own circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the current version.
